Created to help managed the large influx of retail and commercial businesses, the department’s staff oversees the management and growth of its 250-acre retail center and small business plaza.
Selecting the best location for a business is easy with the help of the department’s staff. It has access to:

• Detailed topographical information
• Low level aerial photos
• Utility locations
Plans are also underway for a large, full-service business park, the Sundog Business Park, which will offer modern amenities and comfortable office space in a centralized location. Custom lease programs are available for both the retail center and the business park.
