TO SIGN NEW TRIBAL GAMING COMPACT

 

PRESCOTT , Ariz. (May 16, 2003) -- Following lengthy negotiations and clarification of several issues, the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe has reached an agreement with the Arizona Department of Gaming on terms of a new gaming compact that will enable the Tribe to continue its gaming activities for an additional 23 years. The Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe is the last of Arizona's Native American gaming tribes to renew their compact with the State.
